Culture Night
Well done to all our wonderful artists who have created these beautiful pictures to celebrate Culture Night. Hopefully we will spot these and many more as we follow the "Trail of Creativity" around Buncrana tomorrow evening.
NextGenerationEU
This school received a grant in 2021 to implement initiatives aimed at addressing the digital divide and support our learners at risk of educational disadvantage as a consequence, as part of the Irish National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) a project under the Recovery and Resilience Facility funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU. This funding was used to buy Digital Technology devices for our school.

Next, we got to weave our own creations using a board loom. Our Senior pupils very kindly helped our Junior pupils. ❤️Thanks to Johny for coming in to show us all about weaving.

We helped to assemble the wheel and also had a go treadling the wheel. We also worked in pairs to make a thread using a drop spindle. Thanks to Johny for his help and guidance. We are looking forward to another visit next week for weaving.
