Wonder Wander Walking Trail
We took part in the Wonder Wander Walking Trail for Buncrana workshop. We learned all about historical buildings and places in Buncrana with lots of fun activities. Thanks to Gavin and Laura from Studio Myco for hosting this workshop.π
Fire Safety Talk
We would like to say a big thank to Eoghan and Cathal from Buncrana Fire Station who delivered an excellent talk on fire safety and even let us see some of the equipment. We really enjoyed it and we are going home to plan our fire escape route!
Hurling Equipment
A big thank you to Buncrana GAA for our new Hurling Equipment. We are looking forward to trying it out for P.E. this term!π
Flower Show
Many thanks to everyone who came and supported our Flower Arranging Show. Thanks also to Caroline from Flower Craft for her beautiful floral displays. We really appreciate all the support, it was a lovely night.
World Book Day

We took a trip to Macs Bookshop to use our book tokens in the morning and then we designed beautiful bookmarks in Buncrana Library.
Apple Trees
A big thank you to Gary McLaughlin who helped us plant apple trees, kindly donated by Hare's Corner. We can't wait to eat the apples!ππ
Internet Safety Day
A big thank you to Buncrana Library for organising a quiz for Internet Safety Day. We learned lots about staying safe online by not sharing personal information and making safe choices!
TY Project
We were very lucky to have been chosen for this project by Crana College TY group. The girls had organised a collaboration picture using recycled materials and the end result is brilliant! Well done!π
St. Brigid Crosses
We had a lovely morning in Buncrana Library making St. Brigid Crosses. Thanks to Rosaleen and Catherine for their guidance and thanks to Jeanette and Ursula in Buncrana Library for hosting us for this lovely tradition.π
Energy
Today we were learning all about energy with William McElhinney. William held a very informative and engaging workshop on behalf of SEAI.(Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland). The Junior Classroom were learning about different forms of energy and the Senior Classroom looked at the importance of sustainable renewable energy. We loved the experiments and "Guzzler" was a big hit with the Juniors!
Winter art

Cinema trip
Thanks to Shauna and Gary from South Inishowen School Completion Programme for a lovely festive morning in Buncrana cinema watching "Arthur Christmas!". ππ
