St Mura’s Recipe Book on Sale Now!

The Parent / Teacher Association of St Mura’s N.S, Buncrana are pleased to announce that the school’s very own recipe book is now on sale. It is a collection of some of the favourite recipes of our pupils past and present, parents, teachers, staff and friends of the school.

We are currently taking orders for the Recipe Book. (10 € per book).  If anyone wishes to order one, please email principal, Rosemary Dunne at rosedunne.ias@eircom.net

We hope that you’ll enjoy browsing through the many delicious recipes and handy household tips.

This book is dedicated to the memory of our much loved teacher. colleague and friend, Roberta Morrow (nee Reburn) who taught here at St. Mura’s for many years. Roberta played a vital role on our Parent / Teacher Association throughout her time in St.Mura’s and was always to the fore in fundraising for “our wee school”

We would like to thank Anne Moore, Roberta Ferguson, Isobel Nicholl and Rosemary Dunne who have been involved with the production of the book. Thanks also to the staff of the school for their support of this project.

Our particular thanks to Linda Holly, a past pupil and current parent of St. Mura’s, for her painstaking work in compiling all the recipes.

Finally, we wish to thank all those who submitted recipes for inclusion in this cookery book.
